Telephone and Telehealth (Online) appointments

All counselling appointments are offered either by telephone or online. When you book your appointment, you will be provided the space to nominate your preferred way of service delivery. If you nominate Telehealth (online) you will be sent a link to join at the time of your appointment. 

There are no after-hours costs associated with telephone and online appointments and no additional overheads, so the costs of counselling are affordable for you.

To keep sessions focused, appointment times are limited to 50 minutes.

If you do not feel comfortable or are unsure of how to activate your link, ask a trusted friend or family member to help set you up. A trusted friend or family member is also welcome to attend your initial appointment with you if you request their support.
